The sellers wish to inform that they:
"have done plenty of maintenance but no major renovations
to our level except in the garage. We share any exterior
costs in this regard and any interior public space
(entrance, garage) with upstairs owner and we have never
had problems in this regard.
Snow clearing is also shared between 4770 and the detached
building next door.
We have an excellent service but it is always cash - $350
per household at 4770 and no problems.
There are no condo fees - we discuss with upstairs neighbor
on a 'need to' basis. We have been very lucky with both
upstairs neighbors during the 12 years we lived there. They
have been excellent.
We take care of the garden but that's because we like
gardening and will continue to do so as long as we own our
share of the property. However, the upstairs neighbor we
believe is open to sharing the costs on a monthly basis if
a new owner does not want to do it (grass cutting weekly in
summer and early summer of annual planting in front). The
snow removal company takes care of cleaning the steps, etc.
The back garden really is only plants around the edge of
parking and could be easily removed to enlarge the parking
area, if desired."
